Packages typically ship within 2–4 days from the date we receive the order. Items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Delaware, USA using the US Postal Service or Fedex. It is recommended that customers provide a secure delivery address for packages as Y,IWO is not responsible for packages stolen from the delivery location.

RETURNS POLICY

Y,IWO gladly accepts returns on full price items of unworn or defective merchandise for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
